We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading). For door-to-door delivery, our logistics partner handles customs clearance at the destination. You can also use your own freight forwarder.

Every shipment is insured. If damage occurs during transit, we replace the affected parts at no cost within 7 business days. We also keep spare parts in stock for emergency shipments.

The structural warranty covers material defects, cracking, delamination, and yellowing of the PC hull. It does not cover cosmetic scratches from normal use, damage from improper storage, or modifications made after purchase. LED systems carry a separate 2-year warranty.

Simple freshwater rinse after saltwater use, store out of direct sunlight when not in use (or use our UV cover), and check LED seals annually. We provide a detailed care guide with every order. With proper maintenance, our boats last 7-10 years.

Yes. We maintain inventory of all replacement parts: seats, paddles, LED strips, batteries, drain plugs, and hardware. Standard parts ship within 48 hours. Custom-colored hull panels require 7-10 days production.

Yes. We have in-house designers who can create custom shapes (hearts, circles, custom outlines). Custom molds require a minimum order of 20 units and add 15-20 days to production. The mold cost is partially refundable on repeat orders.
