Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of imported PC (polycarbonate) sheets is tested for UV resistance, impact strength, and optical clarity before entering production.
Precision Thermoforming
CNC-controlled ovens heat-form each hull panel to ±0.5mm tolerance. No hand-bending — every piece is identical.
Structural Assembly
Seam-bonded joints with marine-grade adhesive + mechanical fasteners. Pressure-tested to 3x operating load.
LED Integration & Sealing
Factory-sealed LED strips are embedded during assembly — not aftermarket add-ons. IP68 waterproof rating.
Quality Control
Every boat undergoes 24-hour water test, UV exposure test, and weight load test before packing.
Knock-down Packing & Shipping
Modular design allows flat-pack shipping. 70% smaller volume = 70% lower freight cost. Global door-to-door delivery.
