Quality Guarantee

All WOLANG transparent polycarbonate boats are manufactured to strict quality standards using optical-grade PC material. Each product undergoes thorough inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our specifications.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and purchase details

Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence
  • Damage caused by modification or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
  • Damage during buyer-arranged shipping (buyer must file claim with carrier)

Return Process

For approved returns, the following process applies:

  1. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of approval
  3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  4. Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customized products (specific colors, sizes, LED configurations, branded items) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
