Quality Guarantee
All WOLANG transparent polycarbonate boats are manufactured to strict quality standards using optical-grade PC material. Each product undergoes thorough inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our specifications.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number and purchase details
Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence
- Damage caused by modification or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
- Damage during buyer-arranged shipping (buyer must file claim with carrier)
Return Process
For approved returns, the following process applies:
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of approval
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customized products (specific colors, sizes, LED configurations, branded items) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
